The clients wanted an outdoor space that they could enjoy year around. The pool and spa are heated and equipped with an electric cover to protect them from the fall out of the nearby trees.

For this clients lifestyle, the carport was a more reasonable choice than an enclosed garage.

The tower on the right is the kids/Guest wing of the house. The stone area is a winding stairway that takes you to an observation deck on the back of the house

This Hill Country Contemporary home was designed to be a couples”Empty Nest” home in a sleepy little town just outside of Waco. The couple wanted low maintenance, privacy and a view of the trickling creek behind the house.
Austin stone and metal roofing material was used to clad the exterior of the house with a touch of Hardi Paneling painted a vibrant cranberry to match the windows and doors.
A three story guest house was created with plans for their growing children to have families of their own come to visit. Natural stone and hardwood were used as the flooring throughout the house to give it a feeling of being outside and enjoying nature.
