Backyard Furniture Inspiration

Last week’s post featured one of our favorite backyard designs from a few years ago as inspiration for color (read about it here.) So on the same topic of warmer weather and family time spent outside, it may be time to freshen up your space to make it a proper entertainment space for guests for the new season. New patio furniture, a clean and durable rug, potted plants, maybe some hanging loungers, and even a few accessories. We’ve created a shopping guide of super stylish seating arrangements with a complimentary accessories/tables/dining/drinking guide as well!

Seating:

1. Teak Sling Chair // 2. Driftwood Lounge Chair // 3. Light Grey Love-seat // 4. Graphite Lounge Chair // 5. Jasper Teak Arm Chair // 6. Costa Aluminum Luxe Sofa

A lot of these pieces are super different from your average “patio furniture.” Instead of a typical Adirondack chair, or basic teak or rattan furniture, we’re seeing a lot more contemporary designs that have the look of indoor furniture. Super cushy seats (some made from Sunbrella), mixed materials, and curvier lines that are much more suited for lounging in the sun.

Accessories:

1. Edison String Lights // 2. Montecito Navy Pillow // 3. Palm Outdoor Pillow // 4. Perennials Cabana Pillow Cover // 5. Perennials Pinstripe Pillow Cover // 6. Outrigger Beach Towel // 7. Sailboat Beach Towel // 8. Ice Drink Dispenser // 9. Cooler Bar-cart // 10. Rattan Lanterns // 11. Silka Cafe Table // 12. Lumens Concrete Fire Pit

Almost all of these items are essential for a fun, outdoor party this time of year! A modern fire pit, lanterns and string lights hung from the trees and fence, proper drinking stations, and towels for the pool. Use this as a guide to figure out what exactly you’re missing from making your backyard the perfect spot for a family barbecue!
